- • FIBA Oceania – Responsible for holding tournaments in regions where countries such as Australia, New Zealand, Guam and Fiji belong. The organization has been established as part of the FIBA organization in 1968. The first Oceania basketball competition was held in 1981 in the Fiji Islands.
- • FIBA Africa – Representing FIBA in African Nations.
